 Association Dues: August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026                          

1st Time Member:     $25.00

               Yearly Renewal Dues: $15.00 

There are two classes of members, active members and passive members.  Each owner by reason of home ownership becomes a passive member of the Association. By paying dues and becoming an active member, you will have voting rights at all Glen Oaks Association meetings.  We encourage all residents of Glen Oaks to become active members and participate in your neighborhood association.

Dues go toward the following:  quarterly newsletter, website, corporation filing fees, memorials, P.O. box rental, postage, stationary and office supplies, association signs, Glen Oaks Entrance Signs, Easter Egg Hunt, 4th of July Parade & Picnic, Annual Garage Sale, Holiday Cookie Exchange and Christmas Decorating Contest.  You may mail a check to the above address or you can make a payment with credit card or debit card through our new payment system “Square”.
